No. Archera only manages Savings Plans & Reserved Instances, which are billing contracts completely independent of the underlying infrastructure. Because only usage metadata is needed to understand coverage for services like EC2, Fargate, RDS, Elasticache, Redshift and Elasticsearch, Archera is never granted access or ability to access, launch, start, stop, or terminate infrastructure or impact application performance, availability, etc.
