We currently use a VERY conservative timeframe (after the NEXT day UTC has closed off) to display data for the previous day. For example, data from 11/1/2022 won't be shown until the day is 11/3/2022. The reason behind this is because AWS does not guarantee the completeness/correctness of the previous day's CUR data until some time after that day has elapsed. We chose a point in time where the data will be complete no matter when AWS chooses to finalize the CUR data for that day.
