You will need to integrate your Azure AD as an IDP within Archera's Okta account in order to enable SSO via your Azure AD. To do so you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Create an application in Azure Active Directory following the instructions here

  2. Send the Archera team the "Login URL" and "Azure AD Identifier" you recorded at the end of that walkthrough, either to support@archera.ai or within Intercom in the Archera app. Your Archera Account team will then register add your Azure AD as an Identity Provider in our Okta system.

  3. Your Archera account team will then send you the "Audience URI" and "Assertion Consumer Service URL" for your new identity provider. Please enter them in the "Identifier (Entity ID)" and "Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL)" fields in the "Basic SAML Configuration" section within the application you created in step 1. Following the "Update Okta app in Microsoft Azure portal" section here

At this point Okta should be configured to enable your team to login to Archera via Azure AD.

Please reach out if you have any questions or encounter any issues during the process. Or book an onboarding meeting with our team here.
